FEDERAL OFFENSES
I have previously served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of North Carolina. I prosecuted federal drug trafficking cases and related firearm offenses as part of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force section of the office. I gained valuable federal jury trial experience and handled numerous other cases that resulted in non-trial dispositions. Consequently, I have participated in many federal sentencing hearings.
I am admitted to practice in the Eastern District of North Carolina and in the Middle District of North Carolina. I have also been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
If you are charged with a criminal offense in federal court, I would be glad to assist you.
